Assassin’s Creed Mirage game is an upcoming adventure and action game developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and published by Ubisoft. Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be the 13th installment in the Assassin’s Creed series and the successor to year 2020’s Creed Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Set in the 9th century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age, the game will follow Basim Ibn Ishaq (a character first introduced to Valhalla) and his transformation from a street thief to a member of the Brotherhood of Assassins, who fight for peace and freedom, against the Order of the Templars, who wanted peace through control. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is described as a return to the roots of the series, with an emphasis on linear storytelling and stealth game-play rather than the recent installments, which focused on the elements of the game. Mirage is slated for release on Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Series X, as well as Amazon Luna in year 2023.
