(TCTD 2) Tom Clancy’s Division 2 is an online only video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The series of (TCTD 2)  Tom Clancy’s The Division (2016), is set in the near future of Washington, D.C., following the release of a genetically engineered virus known as “Green Poison”, and follows representative of the Strategic Homeland Division as they try to rebuild the country. The game was released for Windows,PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 15, 2019.

(TCTD 2)  received generally favourable reviews from critics, with most noting it as an improvement over the first installment for its gameplay, combat ,visuals, setting and soundtrack, though the Endgame content polarised critics. Like its predecessor, it was a commercial success, selling more than 10 million units worldwide even though it fell short of expectations at the beginning.

Played from a 3rd person perspective, this game is a 3 person shooter that takes cover with up to 4 players who can complete missions together. The game is set in Washington, D.C., seven months after its predecessor, in which a civil war broke out between the survivors and an evil army of pirates. At the beginning of the game, players create their own faction agent by customizing the character’s gender and appearance.In the game, players use different types of weapons including rifles, shotguns and machine guns as well as explosives like grenades to defeat the enemies.

These weapons are classified into different levels and rarities. Advanced weapons are difficult to obtain, but they have the best number of weapons and “talents” that help the player perform even more. Weapon stats include the following 7 types of domains: damage, rounds per minute, magazine size, accuracy, stability, reload time, and damage failure. These weapons can be customized with various attachments such as gun accessories, metal sights, and barrel attachments.
