Horizon Forbidden West is a year 2022 Role-Playing action game developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The sequel to year 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West game is set in a post-apocalyptic version of the western United States recovering from an extinction event caused by rogue robots. The player can explore the open world and do quests using awesome weapons and melee against artificial monsters.

The player controls Aloy, a hunter in a world inhabited by dangerous machines and animals. In the open world, he explores the vast expanse known as the Forbidden West, a post-apocalyptic version of the western United States, specifically the states of California, Nevada, and Utah. The map is much bigger than in the previous game. Exploration is enhanced by new water detection and combat enhancements using the Valor Surge system, free climbing, and tools such as the Shieldwing, Focus Scanner, Diving Masks, and Pullcaster. Information processing for questions supports different goals and motivational reward systems. Horizon Forbidden West continues the story of Aloy (Ashly Burch), a young hunter from the tribe of Nora and the scientist of the Old World scientist Elisabet Sobeck, as she -lead a group of friends on a quest through the arcane frontier known as the Forbidden West to find the source of a mysterious plague that kills everything it infects. In his journey through the unseen lands, Aloy encounters a new region that has been destroyed by a great storm and a deadly machine, and comes into conflict with a tribe of runners who move the buyers like the mounts of war.
