WWE 2K23 is a 2023 professional sports wrestling video game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports. WWE 2K23 is the 23rd installment in the WWE based video game series, the tenth game under the WWE 2K banner. WWE 2K23 game is scheduled to be released on month March 14, year 2023 and month March 17 on Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. WWE 2K23 is the 1st WWE video game since WWE 2K14 to feature dual subscriptions, and the 1st WWE 2K game to feature WarGames. Cody Rhodes returns from a 6-year hiatus after his last match.
Players who pre-order any edition of WWE 2K23 will get Bad Bunny as a playable character. Deluxe Edition Includes: Season Pass, 3-Day Early Access, MyRISE Mega-Boost Pack, Supercharger Pack, and MyFaction Cards. The Icon Edition includes the Ruthless Aggression content pack and the Icon Edition content pack.
Like the previous game, WWE 2K23 has a hybrid and simulation game style. WarGames will appear for the first time in a WWE game. Supported game modes are MyFaction, MyGM, Showcase, MyRise, and Creation Suite. 2K Showcase is back as a show, featuring superstar John Cena, giving players the opportunity to play through the greatest moments of his WWE career. The 2K demo mode comes with new features and updates, including a John Cena fight in the mode. As players progress, they can unlock new characters, costumes and locations. In WWE 2K23, MyFACTION is back. In it, players can build a wrestling franchise by collecting, managing and promoting WWE wrestlers with regular updates and weekly events. MyFACTION has playing cards from all over WWE history. WarGames version of the game According to the developers, WarGames has been in development since WWE 2K22. In WWE 2K23, there will be 4 editions: Standard, Icon, Deluxe and the Cross Gen Digital Edition. In an interview, game developer 2K confirmed that the PC version of the game will be compatible with the PS5 version and Xbox Series X. On month January 20, year 2023, the developer will release the game cover and release date.
